Select work

Enterprise complexity is my home turf: dense financial workflows, regulated healthcare content, and AI features that have to earn trust before adoption. The problems, the bets, and what shipped.

DEFINING THE ISSUE

Problem statement

Support answers existed, but scattered across content that owners couldn't navigate, so they picked up the phone instead.

TALKING TO USERS

Research

User interviews, market analysis and analytics review, combined to find exactly where owners got stuck.

FINAL RESULT

Solution & outcome

An interactive, self-serve Knowledge Hub with a universal vehicle selector, so every answer matched the owner's exact model, validated through A/B-tested enhancements. Customer service calls dropped 20%.

BEFORE WE BEGAN

Overview

A mobile companion letting sales and service teams reach their data anywhere and work securely, with a map view of assets, customers and opportunities to optimise how the organisation approaches its installed base, and a contact model that unifies, validates and enriches contact data from multiple systems into one trusted source.

DEFINING THE ISSUE

Problem statement

Reps are constantly on the move, so maintaining data from a laptop was laborious and slow. Without route planning they depended on other apps to reach customers, and on sites with poor connectivity they carried printouts just to answer basic questions.

TALKING TO USERS

Research & process

Quantitative and qualitative study with clients, what a normal day and a field day look like, which flows they need away from the desk, what they'd expect from mobile. Then personas and competitive analysis → user scenarios and storyboards → information architecture → wireframes → final visuals.

TALKING TO USERS

The research programme

An end-to-end plan: survey screeners, interview frameworks and GA4 behavioural analysis, plus a competitive audit across key IUD product websites to locate content and experience gaps.

FINAL RESULT

Impact

Insights informed the website redesign strategy: restructured content, clearer HCP journeys and a prioritised set of UX recommendations.

ABOUT

Enterprise-grade craft, AI-native workflow

I'm happiest untangling the kind of complexity most designers avoid: multi-step financial workflows, regulated healthcare content, and AI features that have to explain themselves.

My throughline is trust. Whether it's a law firm's billing team or a provider researching a device, people adopt products that behave predictably, especially AI products. That's why my design system work obsesses over confidence states, fallbacks and human escalation, not just the happy path.

I also work AI-natively: prototyping in v0 and Figma Make, pressure-testing flows with Claude, tightening handoff with Cursor, so engineering gets working proofs of concept, not pictures of them.
